Our process begins with a lengthy assessment to determine areas of focus and develop a training program that’s custom to your body. Training programs consist of 3 phases. Phase 1 is a corrective and development phase. We teach your body correct movement patterns and eliminate dysfunctions. Phase 2 focuses on strengthening these movement patterns through functional exercises that translate into everyday life. Phase 3 is designed to push your boundaries, explore the limits of your own body, and maintain your new levels of function and performance.
All our fitness coaching is partnered with a nutrition plan. Just like our training, we don’t give you a cookie cutter meal plan and hope you follow it. We take the time to assess your eating strengths and weaknesses. Then we create a step by step plan to embrace your strengths while habitually improving your weakness areas one by one.
We’re not here to just give our clients a workout or hand them a meal plan. We’re here to provide a pathway for you and your body to function and perform optimally.
